Our Shipping & Delivery Process

At Mono, we’re committed to making sure every order reaches you smoothly and on time. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works:

Order Preparation

Since each Mono blind is custom-made, production generally requires 2–3 weeks before the order is ready to leave our facility. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking link.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on where you live. After dispatch, most deliveries arrive within the following windows:

  • USA: 4-8 business days
  • Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Europe: 4-8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4-8 business days
  • Other international locations: 6-10 business days

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Europe, or East Asia based on the customer's location.

Free Shipping

Mono provides free shipping on every order, with no minimum required.

Duties & Customs

Any import duties or taxes are fully covered by Mono, so you won’t encounter additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is on the way, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real time. If you haven’t received this email and believe your order should have shipped, please contact us at support@monoblind.com with your order number.

Address Limitations

Please note that we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
